The Platform is owned by API Trader Consulting And Services, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 with its registered office at 12B, Reliable Tech Park, C Wing, Thane - Belapur Rd, Gavate Wadi, MIDC, Airoli, Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra 400708 (hereinafter referred to as ‘Platform Owner’, 'we', 'us', 'our').

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellations: Considered only if requests are made within 5 days of placing the order.
Damaged/Defective Items: Please report to our customer service team within 5 days of receipt.
Processing: Approved refunds will take approximately 5 days to be processed.

Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post. Orders are typically shipped within 4 days from the date of the order. The Platform Owner shall not be liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company or postal authority.
